Happy New Year, everyone! It’s officially 2018 and I couldn’t be more excited for everything that’s to come. What else am I excited about? Well, after taking needed to break to relax, recoup and restore, I’m back to start the year off with my list of things I’m loving for January. Check out the complete list below.
- I’ve recently discovered Thrive Market and it has definitely changed the way I shop for food. It’s full of discounted, healthy goods for your pantry, home and body and they are constantly giving away free gifts, discounts, and free shipping. So, if you’re into healthy living, you should definitely check this one out.
- Activated Charcoal was huge in 2017, but my love for it is carrying over into the new year. From capsules, to masks, to toothpaste, there are so many great ways to use activated charcoal and I plan on continuing my exploration of this product through the year.
- Who doesn’t love a great, cozy sweater when it’s cold outside? I’m certainly a huge fan, especially with the temperatures dropping as low as they have lately. So, if you’re in the market for the perfect, winter weather sweater like I am, then you’ve definitely gotta check out this boho beauty from Free People, this stylish sweater coat from Zara, and finally, this classic cream lovely from Anthropologie.
- A few years ago when my doctor told me about 23 & Me, a genetic testing kit you order, conduct at home and easily send in for results, I thought it was pretty cool and knew I wanted to try it. Fast forward 2 years and I still hadn’t ordered my kit, so I decided to go for it and I’ve gotta say, I am so excited to get my results back. Could I be related to Picasso, Queen Elizabeth, or even Mother Teressa? Probably not, but I can’t wait to find out.
- Lately, I just can’t get enough of the decor blog, House of Hipsters. It’s full of amazing decor posts, each one more inspiring than the last. If you love decor, you should definitely check this one out.
- I recently got a sample of Living Proof’s, Perfect Hair Day 5-in-1 hair Styling Treatment, and I’m already hooked. Seriously, as someone who struggles with constant feeling of contempt for my fine, frizzy hair, I’ve gotta say, my hair has never looked so good.
- If you love jewelry as much as I do, then you’re gonna love Local Eclectic. They carry lines from some pretty amazing jewelry designers with jewelry that is, for the most part, shockingly affordable for what you get. I love it all and it would be hard to choose a favorite designer, but Thai Jewelry, Leisel Love, and Leah Alexandra are definitely a great place to start.
- I’ve already talked about my love for Pantone’s color of the year, Ultra Violet, in my post here, but I just had to give it another shout out. It’s such a fun, pretty, fresh color to start off the year with and I can’t wait start using it around my own home.
- Now, I’ve vowed to eat healthy this year and try not to get distracted by warm, ooey, gooey, comforting foods, but if I happen to end up having a cheat day, which, lets get real, it’s going to happen, this crockpot chicken gnocchi soup by Pinch of Yum will be first on my list of things to make.
- Anthropologie is having an amazing tag sale right now that I just can’t get over. They are taking an extra 40% off of all their sale items. You heard me right friends, that’s an extra 40% off. Now if you’re as Anthro obsessed as I am, then it doesn’t get anymore exciting than that.
