Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend filled with lots of love, laughter and relaxing times. For my husband and I, our weekend was filled with lots of long overdue house work, mixed in with a little relaxation which we kicked off by making one of our favorites – a delicious charcuterie board. For us, not only do we love making charcuterie boards because they’re delicious, but we also love them because they are super easy to throw together and with the holidays coming up, there’s no better snack for family gatherings or parties with friends.
Another thing I love about making charcuterie boards is that there are no real rules. You can just throw together what you have and wa-la, you have the perfect snack tray. If I have time to prepare, I will typically buy 5 or 6 cheeses, a couple kinds of sliced meet, then finish off the board with things i typically already have on hand, like nuts and fruit. Want to try making your own, but not sure what to use? Here’s a list of everything I have on the board pictured above, but remember to just have fun with it and that you can add or subtract as much as you like!
Place everything on a cheese board, cutting board or plate, arrange at random, eat, and enjoy!
