It’s St Patrick’s Day and in honor of all things green, I wanted to post this festive green smoothie with mint recipe. Now, I know some people might be questioning the mint part, but I can assure you it’s not only delicious, it’s refreshing, energizing and highly addictive. This smoothie recipe is one of my favorite go-tos, especially after a workout. Just follow the recipe below and enjoy!
Green Smoothie with Mint
1 Cup Coconut Water
2 Handfuls of Spinach
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Green Apple
2 Scoops Protein Powder (Plain or Vanilla)
6 Mint Leaves
It’s easy, simply blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
Note: To thicken your smoothie, just been in a couple ice cubes.
