I love eating seasonal foods, so now that it’s officially Fall I’m so excited that figs are back in stores. I always try to incorporate figs into as many dishes as I can during Fall and this year one of my favorites is this recipe for prosciutto, goat cheese and fig stacks. They are a great snack, h’ordeuvre for parties, and they are incredibly easy to make. Just follow the simple instructions below and enjoy!
Prosciutto, Goat Cheese and Fig Stack
12 Fresh Figs
4-5 oz Goat Cheese
1 container Prosciutto
1. Wash the figs, then cut each fig horizontally into 3 equal sections.
2. Spread goat cheese on each layer, then top the goat cheese with strips of prosciutto.
3. Finally, re-stack each layer, plate, and enjoy!
