‘Tis the season for pumpkin spice everything and I couldn’t be happier! I love pumpkin spice lattes, pancakes, muffins, bread, spreads…really, I could go on all day. It’s because of that love that I try to incorporate pumpkin spice into as many recipes as I can during the fall, so I’m excited to share one of my favorites with you, my recipe for pumpkin spice smoothies! It’s easy, delicious and the best part is, it’s healthy. Follow the quick and easy instructions below and you will be sipping on a little taste of pumpkin spice, fall deliciousness in no time!
Pumpkin Spice Protein Smooth:
1 cup Almond Milk
2 scoops Protein Powder
3/4 cups Pumpkin Puree (I use organic)
1 Frozen Banana
2 tsps Agave Nectar
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. To make your smoothie thicker, add a few ice cubes at a time and blend until you reach your desired thickness. Once blended, pour into a glass and enjoy!
